this is not the only time it's happened it's happened another time the legs come off they are not broken you just clip them back on this happens in the mail postage some you got to glue them easy done

It’s a good item you should get. You can use a C charger to charge it, but when it was shipped, one of the parts was broken, but I can still use it and the speaker is not very high and when you plug it and it will charge your phone, but when you unplug it, it won’t charge your phoneand the charger is very small so I have to use my own and that’s all.
